BATANG TINJAR II PLANTATION INVESTMENT SCHEME

Batang Tinjar II Plantation is located in Baram, Miri, Sarawak. The Batang Tinjar II Plantation Investment Scheme is one of the latest on-going projects of KSM. This is to achieve its vision of RM150 in total assets by 2022.
The project was launched by YB Dato’ Seri Ong Ka Chuan, Secretary-General of MCA cum Minister II of International Trade and Industry at Ipoh on the 29 November 2015.
The KSM Board plans to develop an 8,000 acres Oil Palm Plantation within 2 to 3 years. The plantation will be divided into 16000 units (half-acre per unit). KSM then plans to sell 6,000 units to KSM’s members for investment. Each half-acre unit is RM8,800, and the plan will be carried out within 2 years, with 3000 units opened for sales each year. Members could benefit from this project via a return-of-investment structure.
